The 2nd and 3rdDivision Spring meetings were held today at Sonning Golf club, on one of the nicest sunny days we have had this year!  25 players took part from 10 different clubs.

Our thanks go to Sonning Golf Club for their fantastic help and hospitality! Special thanks go to Margaret Berriman, our President, Elspeth Cooper, Sonning’s Lady Captain, and Claire Randell for giving up their time to help at the start of the days play.  At the other end of the day, a huge thanks goes to Clive in the pro shop for score input, having found the WIFI was down in the main clubhouse meaning we were unable to use our own computer. Finally, thanks go to Andy and Natalie for their organisation, and of course all the bar and catering staff and green keeper – Matt.  The course looked lovely; I was very envious of all playing!

Unfortunately, this year we were unable to have a prize giving at the end of play, so here are the winners for the day.  All mentioned will be sent John Lewis e-vouchers.  The top 16 Gross scorers are eligible for the Ann Bryant Bronze Championship knock out, and will be contacted by Ann Pennell about the draw.
