Berkshire Seniors welcomed Middlesex Seniors for a friendly match at Castle Royle on Tuesday playing scratch 4 ball better ball.
Despite colder than expected weather there was a great team vibe from both teams and an enjoyable day with the course in great shape.
Delighted to report that Berkshire won 3-1 with 2 matches finishing on 18, a 5&4 win and a 3&2 win.
The team was Yvonne Craven & Fran Campbell, Claire Randall & Sue Fagan, Paula Morris & Julie Shepherd, Jo Grieve & Wilma Reed (players from Castle Royle, Mill Ride, Royal Ascot, Sonning, Newbury and Crookham).
Huge thanks to Paul, Aaron, Julia and all at Castle Royle for their warm welcome and making the day so enjoyable for us.
