There will be an Annual General Meeting of Berkshire County Ladies Golf Association held at 7pm on Wednesday, 19th January 2022 via Zoom.

The text below is extracted from BCLGA’s Constitution and refers to the rules around publishing the AGM Notice and Agenda, and the submission of any Resolutions. Do please note the timing:
10.2 Notices of the AGM shall be posted on the BCLGA website and a copy be sent to all Club Delegates of affiliated clubs to be displayed publically not less than eight (8) weeks before the AGM.
10.3 Resolutions may be submitted to the AGM by either the Executive Committee (proposed and seconded by members of the Executive Committee), or any Affiliated Club (Seconded by another Affiliated Club), provided that notice can be given in writing to the Honorary Secretary not less than six (6) weeks before the AGM.
10.5 The Agenda for the AGM, incorporating any Resolutions submitted in accordance with 10.2 and any nominations in accordance with 10.3, shall be posted on the BCLGA website and a copy sent to all Club Delegates of affiliated clubs to be displayed publically not less than three (3) weeks before the AGM.
- AGM Notice to be displayed on the noticeboards / BCLGA website 24th November 2021.
- Any Resolutions should be sent to the Honorary Secretary by 8th December 2021.
- The Agenda will be sent out by 29th December 2021.
Given the recent resurgence of Covid 19 it has been decided that the 2022 AGM should be held on zoom. The papers for the AGM will be sent to County Delegates and be published on the BCLGA web site in advance of the meeting. If you wish to ‘attend’ you will need to register with the BCLGA Secretary by emailing email@example.com to access the zoom meeting details.
To help the smooth running of the meeting if anyone has any objections to the minutes of the previous meeting, the proposed appointment of officials, accounts, queries or questions they are to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org ideally 7 days in advance of the meeting.
