BLCGS v Buckinghamshire 15 June 2022
This was our second match of the season played at Sand Martins Golf Club against the Buckinghamshire Captains. The weather was perfect for golf and we were also able to enjoy our pre match refreshments sitting on the terrace in the sun or shade of umbrellas.Sand Martins is my home club, so I am always proud of the course and in June/July it always looks its best.
The meal was delicious and caused some amusement as I had ordered fish and when the plates arrived it was the strangest bit of fish we had all seen. It turned out to be chicken schnitzel.
