BB&O Championships
Berkshire Team – Maddy Beeching, Bella Kent and Amy Nemeth-Yuile
Berkshire Girls delivered sparkling performances at the recent BB&O Girls Championship held at The Buckingham on 19th April with all 3 representatives taking home prizes from the inter-county event.
Maddy Beeching played very well to secure the Gross championship with an excellent 70. Bella Kent was her closest competitor just 2 shots behind and her well deserved 72 was enough to make her the Nett winner on the day. Amy Nemeth-Yuile completed an excellent day for Berkshire taking the runner-up prize in the Nett with an admirable 69.
These top 3 placings, on a tricky course against some tough opposition from Bucks and Oxfordshire, also helped guarantee a win for Berkshire in the team event.
