Please enter single or in threes and enter names of each player on reverse of cheque if applicable. Partners will be drawn to make up teams of three if necessary.
PLEASE NOTE:
i) Members with a competition handicap of more than 36 will play off a handicap of 36.
ii) Once start sheet has been publshed the entry fee cannot be refunded.
