In view of the current uncertainty of the pandemic. the Committee held a Zoom Meeting (3 February) to discuss the way forward with the cancelled AGM, scheduled Meetings and Matches.
AGM
The Draft Minutes for 2020 will be posted on the BCLGA (Vets) website for any comments/additions.
The Accounts will be Audited when current Government restrictions are lifted and the Treasurer is able to meet with the Auditor. A draft copy of the Accounts can be sent/emailed to Members on request.
During the past year we have sadly lost:

Jackie Farquhar (East Berkshire Golf Club)
Sheila Fitzgerald (Temple Golf Club)
who was a past member of the Vets)
We apologise for any omissions here as we can obviously only report on people when we have been advised.
APPLICATION DATE CHANGES
- GITTINS – Closing date change from 8 February to 1 April 2021. The draw will take place after this date.
- WEYBROOK PARK SPRING MEETING – Application date change from 1 March to 22 March – 12 April 2021. Please do not make payments before the opening date.
MATCHES
The first match is scheduled against Oxfordshire for Thursday 22 April 2021 at Castle Royle. Entrants will be notified by email of any changes to the locations etc., nearer the time. This will depend upon the Government announcements and Castle Royle Golf Club allowing visitors.
If you would like to be considered for selection, there is still time to forward the match availability form. The closing date will be 15 March 2021
