Our fourth match this year was held at Winter Hill against the Lady Captains’ Society on the 2nd August. Again, the weather wasn’t very kind to us and several of the matches didn’t complete their games because of the heavy rain.
However, the Lady Captains’ Society provided a splendid buffet meal after the match which more than made up for the bad weather. Unfortunately, we lost the match 5-3.
