Many thanks to Mill Ride golf club who allowed us to hold our Angela Uzielli Memorial Trophy final on Thursday October 12th.
The day started with 18 Berkshire clubs being represented, thank you to those that ‘got involved’
After the overnight rain, the course held up very well – although the course was playing tough.
After golf the players enjoyed a wonderful Afternoon Tea.
Sadly John Uzielli couldnt be with us on the day, but he was delighted to hear that we raised £750 for the Angela Uzielli Bursary.
The winners on the day were Maria & Sue from Donnington Grove, Theo and Sheila from Newbury & Crookham were a close second, with Sally & Dawn from Easthampstead ladies third.
Thank you to our President Airlee who was on hand to be starter and to present the prizes.
